米其林首入湖南！湘味三城登国际美食榜单

On May 27, the Michelin Guide released its first provincial restaurant list for Hunan, covering Changsha, Hengyang and Yiyang. This marks Hunan cuisine’s debut on the Michelin platform via a provincial ranking. It is a full recognition of Hunan’s food culture and will drive the internationalization and high-quality development of Changsha’s catering sector.

5月27日，米其林指南官宣首度推出湖南省级餐厅榜单，覆盖长沙、衡阳、益阳三地。这是湘菜首次以省级榜单登上米其林舞台，既是对湖湘饮食文化的高度认可，也将赋能长沙餐饮国际化高质量发展。

Michelin’s International Director remarked that Hunan, the birthplace of Hunan cuisine, boasts a time-honored and dynamic food culture. The new list will present its exquisite culinary skills and unique humanistic charm to the world.

米其林国际总监表示，湖南是湘菜发源地，饮食文化底蕴深厚、风味鲜活，期待借首份湖南榜单，向世界展现湘菜匠心技艺与烟火人文魅力。
