90后湘籍建筑师于悦给位于长沙学宫街闹市中心的老旧厂房来了一场“变形计”：通过两年的设计、加固、改建，约5000平方米的老厂房蜕变成集民宿、长租青年公寓、咖啡馆、台球厅、生鲜超市等一体的城市“青年综合体”，成为社交媒体上外地青年来长沙住、玩、吃一条龙的热门打卡地。
