A young entrepreneur born in the 1990s returned to his hometown in Ningxiang, Hunan, and transformed free-range chicken farming into a thriving rural industry. Through a "company + farm + households" model, he developed a premium local chicken breed, adopted green farming technologies, and now produces nearly one million chickens annually—creating sustainable income opportunities for over 140 farming families and nearly 1,000 villagers, demonstrating how innovation can drive rural revitalization.

从返乡创业到带动乡村振兴，湖南宁乡“90后”大学生陶金彪打造“公司+基地+农户”模式，培育本土“湘花土鸡”品种，以绿色生态养殖和科技创新推动产业升级，年出栏近100万羽，帮助140余户养殖大户和近千名村民实现稳定增收，让一只土鸡成为乡村共同富裕的新引擎。
