够“锰”！湖南加大对非进口，预计新增贸易额70亿元

A batch of economic and trade cooperation projects with Africa were signed in Changsha on February 10. Upon implementation, the projects are expected to realize an additional trade volume of seven billion yuan with Africa within the year.

2月10日，一批对非经贸合作项目在长沙签约，预计落地后可实现年内新增对非贸易额70亿元。

A total of ten projects were inked at the ceremony, focusing on increasing investment in Africa, expanding imports of minerals and other bulk goods from Africa, and building a whole ecological industrial chain integrating exploration, mining, logistics, and trade in the mining industry of China and Africa. Among them, the large-scale trade project with Africa signed by Hunan Manganese Union this time will focus on increasing the import trade of manganese ore from Africa and the trade of manganese-series products.

当天现场集中签约10个项目，将重点加大对非投资，扩大对非矿产等大宗货物进口，构建中非矿业勘探、开采、物流、交易等一体的全生态产业链。其中，此次签约的湖南锰联对非大宗贸易项目将重点加大非洲锰矿石进口贸易及锰系列产品贸易。

As the Pioneering Zone for In-depth China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation, Hunan has strengthened economic and trade cooperation with Africa in recent years. Rwandan dried chili peppers, Kenyan dried anchovies, and Malagasy lamb have been imported into Hunan for the first time in China. The new barter trade business model with Africa has basically taken shape. The Changsha Gaoqiao Grand Market has become a "commercial port" for China-African trade. More than 60 enterprises have been established in the China-Africa Economic and Trade Headquarters Building.

作为中非经贸深度合作先行区，近年来，湖南与非洲经贸合作持续升温。卢旺达干辣椒、肯尼亚鳀鱼干、马达加斯加羊肉等相继在湖南实现中国首次进口；对非新型易货贸易业务模式基本畅通；长沙高桥大市场成为中非贸易“商港”；中非经贸总部大厦入驻企业60余家。

Hunan-Africa trade has now expanded to almost all countries and regions in Africa. Hunan's trade with Africa maintained an average annual growth rate of 14.3% between 2021 and 2024, with the scale of trade steadily surpassing that of the central and western parts of China.

目前，湘非贸易几乎覆盖非洲所有国家和地区。2021年至2024年，湖南对非贸易额年均增长14.3%，贸易规模稳居中国中西部第一。
