这类功能型无人车在较低速度下运行，可以应用于无人配送、无人零售、无人接驳等多种场景，为市民生活带来更多便利。目前，湖南湘江新区已率先向4家生态企业颁发了功能型无人车上路行驶编码，这4家“持证上岗”的企业将率先在长沙部分开放道路上，开启功能型无人车的先行先试之旅。
